Refund & Exchange Policy
If you're not happy with your purchase, then neither are we!
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order! If you're unsatisfied please contact us at info@pressedwishes.ca within 3 days of receiving your item and we will be happy to return, exchange it or replace it.
However, you will be entirely responsible for return shipping costs and returning items in their original condition. Please note, the original cost of shipping the item will not be refunded.
When shipping our orders we make sure that the products ordered are sealed and packaged to the highest quality. If you find that your package is damaged upon delivery please provide a clear picture and submit it to info@pressedwishes.ca.
From there we will determine a reasonable and fair scenario to replace your damaged product.
