These pendants are created using 4 different species of Maples. The red leaf is from the Sugar Maple, the yellow from the Mountain Maple, the green from the Silver Maple, and the black (yes, there are even black maple leaves) from the Crimson King species.
The Maple Leaf symbolizes 'Unity and Modesty' in the historical language of Floriography.
